We went gambling at Bally's and most of the dealers are RUDE. Way different than Vegas Dealers, we had to change tables few times until we got a really friendly lady (Maribel). The casino should hire friendly people so you can play longer and enjoy your time, I didn't have this feeling at Bally's

The casino has many slots as well as tables. There are different slot sections in Bally Wild West and a very good buffet upstairs. There is a nice bar on casino floor which usually has a band entertaining. Never stayed at the hotel. The casino is clean enough and has a cute mechanical display in the front of a gold... More

Nasty, awful, awful place. Had to leave at 2 am (and I wasn't driving). Absolutely COULD NOT stay. Staff was rude, entire facility was filthy, service was so far from an acceptable level I wouldn't go back if they paid ME. Last minute trip? Only place available? Great rate? Remember what your mama told you....if it seems too good to... More

Just got done playing blackjack. Dealers were friendly. Casino was clean. Adequate number of tables open in the morning with $10 min. I did not stay at the hotel. Wish the Wild West was open in the morning...

The dealers at the blackjack table were very friendly and helpful. Almost made losing fun but fortunately I was I the winning end both at the tables and even slots. Walked away ahead of the game. I just want to mention that one of the security guards was very helpful. When I needed to know were this and that was... More

My Mom is 91 1/2. She loves the slots. She was able to comfortably roll around with her wheelie cart. She had fun.

my disclaimer: I don't gamble and didn't go to the casino. Having said that, I was in AC for my daughters dance competition. Hundreds of girls and their families were arriving Sunday night so you think they would have more people at the desk. Nope. After a long wait, I get to the desk and the whole hotel has not... More
