Small independent movie house. REALLY friendly and genuine. Theater small and cozy. Nice snack options, even for a vegan!

Great movie theater! Reasonably priced and well cultivated. Snacks and drinks for sale. The new building looks fantastic. Overall a great spot.

This theater is so cute! Just enough seats for let's say ten families to get together even though the people around us were mostly strangers. Everything is compact but clean and esthetically pleasing. Such a nice little discovery!

My hubby and I love this theater. The seats are very comfy and the viewing rooms small but great quality picture and sound. Great date night!

New building and theaters are a huge upgrade from The Showroom's humble beginnings. Consistently varied and interesting selection of films. Fellow patrons are typically quiet and respectful which is almost impossible to find in the area. They are there to watch a movie, not kill two hours. One downside is the lack of 4k projectors and deep black levels. Dark... More

This old fashioned theater is in the heart of the Asbury Strip on Cookman Ave. The Positives first, Staff is friendly and efficient, several of the rooms are cozy and relaxed atmosphere, they carry many of the Indie movies that are hard to find. The hegatives, at $10 for a matinee they are more costly then AMC, Regal, and some... More

This is a charming cinema with 3 theaters. The largest is only 60 seats. The middle one has about 20 seats ( I felt like I was in a private screening!) and the 3rd is upstairs with about 10 club chairs! Their choice of movies are very diverse ranging from first run to documentaries to Sundance Film types. Something for... More

Finally! A comfy place to watch unusual films! This theater has three rooms for viewing, form 12 to 65 seats. My favorite is the 12-seat small, with armchairs and end tables. But go online to get your tickets ahead of time! You don't want to be left out! The best was getting to see all the Oscar-nominated shorts, animations, and... More

This tiny multi theater is a gemstone. Staff is like family. A place for real film lovers. They play the best releases of International Film Festivals and tops trendy NYC Angelika or Film Center. Watching a movie in a 25 seat theater is an intimate time warp soothing experience.

Such a nice little cinema. Clean and comfortable. Showing the latest independent, obscure, or non-mainstream films. Love this place!
