i took the city tour today. it is a good way to see the city and get around. the problem that the operators were spanish speaker. i expected to have headphones with english translation. in new york hip and hop, spanish and english are present as well. they operate according to schedule and descent. the staff are very kind and... This a great way to get an overview of the city. Stopped at most places on tour from 15 minutes to 1/2 hour so you could case out the stop and decide whether to stay or not. At Estadio we decided to go to the Metrocable. Very easy to do,three stops from Estadio station on the cleanest transit we have... More

We just did this tour today and it was great way to get a feel for the city and check out a few of its attractions. Best to do it as early as possible - I think the first pick up is at 9am - so you can have more time to hop off and view a museum/attraction and skip... More

We decided to take this tour to get a feel of the city. The bus we were on had only spanish and we would have to wait an hour for one with some english. I understand we are in a spanish speaking country but the buses should all have audio headphones that can be switched to the desired language. The... More

We were in Medellin at their busiest season, December, the world goes there to see the Christmas lights. There were 6 of us which includes 2 kids under 12 and my mother 83. For our needs this was the way to go. So now understand what the service is, this bus stops ONLY in locations that are closed to very... More

Unorganized, unreliable and unworthy. We bought a ticket and were able to use it only for a small ride because it didn't stop where it was supposed to, and didn't show up and the established hours. Ended up taking cabs which are cheaper, nicer and also offer information on the places they take you.

Took the Turibus in Medellin. The bus was a double decker and did not have the prerecorded tour where you could select English or Spanish over the headphones. Instead, the hostess narrated the tour in Spanish only; if i wanted an English speaking tour, i had to wait for the next bus (without guarantee that I'd get an English speaking... More

I just wanted to add a few things. First of all, if you want to stay for an hour or more at all the locations, then you'll have to get the 2 day pass. However, I don't think all the sites on the tour are worth a full hour. We started at Parque del Poblado and at the second stop... More

Let me preface our review with the fact that we seldom use tourist city tour buses. This tour takes 3.5 hours - stopping at 6 places for a maximum of 10 minutes each ( depending on traffic ) so the remaining 2.5 hours is spent driving the city traffic. It operates as a hop-on hop-off so the few minutes is... More

The city tour takes about 3 1/2 hours and introduces you to some of the main attractions. The bus stops for a few minutes at each location which is enough time to decide if you want to make a longer visit. The bus operates on a hop-on hop-off basis so you can make a longer visit and catch another bus.... More
