There's about 15 minutes worth of material in this museum, and it's definitely not worth the 14000 pesos. The descriptions of the inquisition items on display all say the items were not used in Cartagena, so I don't see the point. There are interesting exhibits on instruments of torture used in the inquisition. Also some fine models of the city of Cartagena and buildings therein in various stages of construction or renovation. Although I speak and read some spanish, it would be nice for the many anglophile visitors if some english descriptions were provided. More

Awesome because this museum is very well kept, with tons of very creepy objects from the Spanish Inquisition. Not because the Spanish Inquisition was not cool, not at all. But go see it and learn from mistakes humans have made in our long history. More

The inquisition museum is located in the bolivar plaza in the old city of cartagena. It is the house where the Spanish inquisition used to judge and punish presumed witches and heretics.
