It's a unique place. The walled city is beautiful. Just walking around and enjoying the atmosphere leaves you with a smile.

The walled city is totally colonial looking. Most houses, building, churches have been renovated and look beautifull not to mention the flowery balconies.

Quite a safe place to walk around at any time of the day or night. Precious houses and historical places.

The colonial wall are impressive, they surround the city, and according to Claudia, our guide, 11 kilometers were built originally, that is about 9 miles.

Restive, restorative and beautiful the hotel we stayed at was out of town in a quaint village. Located on the beach it was quiet and scenic.
