Nothing is better than soaking in the view with a cold beer @ Plaza Santo Domingo. Only draw back are the annoying street vendors. Restaurant staff generally do a good job of not letting them annoy the patrons. More

This plaza comes to life at night, with several restaurants on two sides, with Botero's larger-than-life bronze of La Gorda, a Rubinesque woman beckoning one and all for a photo-op, and with dancers and musicians performing in front of the impressive Iglesia Santo Domingo. We thoroughly enjoyed our last night in Cartagena in the plaza. More
