It's a cute little museum, like a miniature version of the one in Bogota. Great break from the heat if you want some AC and it's free. More

There are artifacts from several tribes of indigenous peoples in Colombia. Excellent gold artifacts of different forms. There are interesting exhibits and a brief video describing how the Zenu people created systems of canals to control seasonal flood waters and use the waters for irrigation. More

Behind the entrance to the museum you enter into what can only be called a bank vault. But the museum in less about gold but about the Zeno native culture of the pre-Spanish era. If you have already gone to the gold museum in Bogota, I don't recommend spending more to see this one...it is much smaller and without any major wow factor. More

Worth a visit. Although the gold relics are similar to the those in the Gold Museum in Bogota, the history and culture of the Indian people was very well depicted. More

This museum has many precolombian gold pieces but I found it small. It took me maybe 20minutes to tour the two floors. The big plus is that it has full air conditioner! More
