It was a nice, quaint small church that even had Nuns . I guess they live and work there. They let us in and we sat quietly with other for a few moments. outside it was a bit dry and very unassuming looking. It was nice for a small outing after a long day of other activities.

What a great experience. The lovely nuns allowed us inside the chapel and we were able to take our time and enjoy the historic site. It was very calming and peaceful. She even prayed for us. The surrounding area was lovely as well. Surreal experience.

This is a cute little park and worth the drive to see as really there is not a lot to do in Cali. We hired a taxi for the day and this was one of the stops. Easy to do in 30 minutes

We took a taxi there, it has a great view over the city. And there is like a little park but thats it. Don't expect more, there is no more..

We made a 15 minute walk from our hotel in El Peňon to see the church. It was very hot, so the walk was a bit hard. In the very dry park we saw a few people, and the church wich was not very special at all. We only took some pictures of clourfull birds, and we walked back to... More

The church itself is well kept and the views reasonably good, but it's amazing to see so little care toward the surrounding open space. It's covered with trash and shows a deep disrespect to God's creation (assuming those that attend the church believe in God). Disappointing.

San Antonio its a neighborhood of Cali that is just charming; the streets are small and cozy; people are walking with their families to the church witch is in a plaza where everyone gets together and chat, relax and enjoy some nice treats. The Church is big and very beautiful is just a great place to find peace and look... More

The view was really good, there is a small corner shop where you can buy water or even a beer. A few locals asking for money but nothing to worry about. Church located in San Antonio neighborhood next to police station.

It's kind of a walk to get up there but it always has something going on. Lots of nice bars and restaurants. Wonderful view of the city, especially at night. The old church is lovely.

One thing I enjoy most about travel is visiting areas of historical significance. San Antonio district is such an area of old buildings, a park and the Church. This area of town is at a high elevation. The Church and its plaza is located by a small park which overlooks the greater Cali area and its Valley. Its elevation gives... More
