If you are an expat in Wuhan, or a student studying here, and want to get away from the mad heat in the hot summer, try camping here. Quite nice to get away from the busy city life. If you are a tourist and spend only 1 or 2 days here in Wuhan, and don't have a car, don't bother....

The lake is fun, but enjoyed the hill/mountain climb more. It always feels great to leave the city behind and Mulan hill and lake makes a great day out.
