This park, which is next to the China Folk Village, presents the country’s best cultural assets and landmarks (such as the Terra Cotta Warriors and the Great Wall) in miniature in one place. The experience is fascinating and gives the sensation of having seen China in a day.

I lived in Shenzhen for several years. During that time I took visitors to many of the attractions in the city. This time I took my daughter to Spendid China. Most of our time was spent on the 'miniatures' side of the park before attending the costume show complete with dancing and acrobatics. We walked around most of the park... More

We visited here as a group and hired buggies to get around. I would recommend the buggies if you struggle walking as there is a lot of walking to do (the hire is not that cheap). The grounds are well maintained and as promised it had lots of miniatures such as the Great Wall. The highlights were the show in... More

Spendid China is a beautiful park with what seems like miles of paths. It is connected to the China Folk Culture Village so I recommend spending a full day between the 2 park. Splendid China is a history lesson like nowhere else with history lessons / information for all the exhibits (in English and Chinese). They have everything from an... More

Window of the World, where the exhibits are 1/5 to 1/10 scale of famous buildings world wide, seems to be the model of Splendid China, a clean and well-kept park with loads of miniature (1/20 to 1/30 scale) buildings and sculpture from well-known places in China. Aside from walking around, taking pictures, and enjoying the sights (and quiet, if you... More

The place is rather big and you really need a lot of time to move from one scaled model to another. Besides you can take a ride in their buggy and get off where you want to. Lush greenery. Nice place to while away the time.

Splendid China and China Folk Village are combined, so one ticket gives you access to both. They are a good combination with splendid China being a miniature depiction of the styles of architecture and natural scenery of China. The miniature wall is very good....not so miniature actually as is pretty long and detailed. Good way to see this side of... More

Visited the place with family for a day and I'm sadly to say the place is quite not deserve the ticket price(180RMB). The whole area is big and had various famous architecture in mini size. However, the statues were not protected well and the whole environment was not maintained perfectly. The quality of the show was not satisfactory, either.

It was very good quality for China! Lots to see and do, and open areas to wander about. There were some great models of places that really are spectacular in China - its a great advert for the country. There were small shows and a cinema show we saw. You have to be on the ball a bit to catch... More

Plan for a whole day of walking and sight seeing sized to scale replicas of China's beautiful landscapes, cultures, landmarks, and wonders. Watch some of the cultural shows. The horse show is my favorite.
