My husband and I did the three hour ride to the temple and back! It was fantastic! Our guide King Kong was great and the scenery was stunning. I would suggest only doing two hours or less if you're not used to riding though as both of us were incredibly sore afterward.

I went with my girlfriend and we both enjoyed the tour very much. We chose the 3 hour trip and our guide, Kong, was very funny and talkative. The tour was customized to our desire to focus on seeing the countryside and we were never rushed and always allowed to go at the pace we wanted. The horses were pleasant... More

Took a 1 hour tour on a horse named 'Mexico'. Perfectly OK if you have no prior horse riding experience as the trainer will accompany you and take care of the safety. Good to see a little bit of countryside and chat with the instructor. Suitable for young children as well . Time well spent and really enjoyed.

If you want to see the real Cambodian countryside and the way people live take a trip to the Happy Ranch Horse Farm. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming. The horses are beautiful. We saw many new born foals also. You can take a horse ride from 1 to 5 hours prices starting from $28 per person. Highlight... More

It was a very enjoyable, relaxing activity to do especially to see the outskirts and true Cambodia. My sister and I (age 20 and 21) both enjoyed riding the horses , separate it being our first time. The guides are truly helpful and regards over our safety . My sisters horse panicked and ran and she almost fell off but... More

My husband and I initially booked a 2hour tour from 430-630pm but at the last minute changed it to a 1hour tour from 5-6pm as we were quite tired from climbing Kbal Spean earlier in the AM. On hindsight, we're glad we made the decision as I personally think 2hours would be abit too long for me. My husband's rode... More

No experience? no problem! What we got from the trainers was good and precise instructions, coupled with humour, makes you feel at ease. The horses were adequately tame and a breeze for first timers. Trail was exhilarating, and we wished we had time to cater for a 2 hour session instead, riding into the open plains is something you will... More

we had a 2 hour ride here for 2 people. I am a novice rider and my partner is a complete beginner. I was a little concerned because I thought my partner would be led along the road but he wasn't, and he was at the back of the trail line with really no training whatsoever. Saying that, this was... We were a group of 4 beginners. Horses, looked very well fed and exercised, were professionally assigned to us based on our body weight. We had a good leader Kong who spoke fluent English. Apparently horses have been very well trained to trot single file. For those of us who were not confident enough to ride independently we were assigned... More

After too many temples on the first two days, I decided to take a break and do something different. One of the tuk tuk driver recommended this ranch and it was not very far from my hotel. I booked the one hour ride in the morning. It is very hot in the day and hence decided to go early in... More
