Our two hour ride through the countryside and villages is what memories are made of. My son (16) and daughter (10) describe it as a highlight, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our guide, Johnny, was delightful and friendly, and the horses chosen for us suited our different levels of experience very well. The horses are all well cared... More

My family, including 2 children aged 7 and 11, went on a 2-hour ride at 6 am in the morning. We came close to the village life which was a great experience. The guide, Jay, talked a lot and we learnt new things about Cambodia. The horses, were nice, well behaved, and we trotted from time to time. The ranch... More

From the moment the tuk tuk driver they sent collected us from hotel (USD4 each way from near Old Market), the trip was well organised. The ranch is neat and tidy, and all the horses look well, stables clean. Excellent. As an experienced rider I certainly investigated other reports on Trip Advisor prior to booking, and after arriving, felt very... More

My guide, John, was excellent, going out of his way to show me things and tell me about Cambodia, and take lots of photos. Storm, my horse for the ride was lovely, and all of the horses I saw there looked happy and healthy. Riding around was an excellent way to see more of Cambodia!

We chose the 1hr ride at 10am & they sent a tuk tuk to pick us up as our resort was a bit far out. Tuk tuk costs US$4 per way. We arrived at Happy Ranch to see huge stables & horses being groomed. What a pretty sight I've never seen in my life! My horse was a darling stallion... More

After reading some good feedback about this place on TA & through Lonely Planet, we decided to do something completely different in between 'temple hopping'. Even getting to the ranch via tuk tuk was amazing. The sites & smells of the countryside was beautiful. The ranch was like a hidden oasis. The property was perfectly manicured, the stables clean &... We had a 2pm ride with King Kong and had a fantastic time! We had a 4 hour tour and got to go see this amazing temple hidden away from the public eye, then we went through all the villages and watched as all the children were very excited to say 'Hello' to us. I was riding Mexico and my... More

We enjoyed an early morning ride with our fabulous guide Kong (or King Kong as we liked to call him) and we loved every moment! We were worried that the horses might not be well taken care of but as soon as we arrived we were amazed at how spotless the stables were and how healthy the horses were. The... More

We really enjoyed our morning ride today from 7am for 3 hours. The farm looks stunning with nice stables and yards and the horses are all in very good condition. The booking is best done through the website and they send a tuk-tuk driver to your hotel if you prefer that. Costs about Usd 3-4 per way. The people there... More

Well trained horses, friendly instructors and a unique way of getting a glimpse of the countryside. Recommended even for inexperienced riders like me, just make that clear to the Ranch so that they can arrange a suitable horse. Visiting Siem Reap can be more than the visit to the temples.
