Pretty unique and interesting temple which is well worth your time! Bayon is avery well restored temple considering its age. You don't really realise the number of faces it has till you actually step closer. The carvings on the walls on the lower levels tell you a good history of the place. After Angkor Wat itself, Bayon is probably the best known temple in the Angkor area. Each of the numberous towers has four faces of Buddha, one facing each cardinal point.
