Incredible cooking class and well worth it, I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. We made the fish sticks, Khmer chicken curry and coconut tuille which were all delicious and really easy to do. The takeaway recipe book was a great touch and I'm already planning what to cook when I get home. Brilliant staff and a lovely way to... More

This was a fantastic half day class. The tour guide and teacher were excellent, I learnt a lot, and we ate a delicious meal at the end.

Our final night dinner from Phonh Penh we fix ourselves dinner at a fun Cambodian Cooking Class. Under the guidance of two expert Cambodian cooks we fixed a dinner of coconut cocktail, mango salad, fish amok, caramelized bananas, white rice (of course) and. The tuktuks were waiting to return use to the hotel for a short night’s sleep before heading... More

Even this "slow learner" (when cooking) felt she did VERY well in this class. This was Thanks to the lovely chef who explained n perfect English, went slow enough that the two of us could keep up and made certain we did it right. I was with only one other person; a neat young man from --maybe England, who was... More

The map shows the location of the office. The actual cooking class is at a hotel/spa that is about a 10 minute tuk tuk ride outside the city. Make sure to wear a face mask since the road can get dusty or someone might be burning garbage on the side of the road. The cooking class itself was a great... More

We had nice afternoon cooking class and prepared three meals. Our chef was very patient and helped us when we had problems. It was arranged in the countrydide which was nice and peaceful oasis after old town. We were only four participants and we got to known a little of each others. Local villagevisit was okay. Local mother admired my... More

We booked this class because my sister was really impressed with their write-up. The class in some aspect impresses and in some aspects disappoints and thus my average rating. Dishes we prepared were delicious! Chicken curry was very authentic as we made our own curry paste from scratch. It's just too bad that some ingredients will not be easy to... More

There are different reasons for us why we didnot like this cooking class. The visit to the family does not make any sense. You will be allowed to walk in thei private compound and the tour guide told us that "we can make pictures of everything". Quite disresepctful as it is still their HOME. And we did not have the... Dear Laura, Thank you for taking the time to review your cooking class experience... Firstly, I must say how disappointed we were to still receive this even after writing you a personal reply and covering each issue that you pointed out. In fact your accusations here are even stronger than in the email... I would love to reply publicly here... More

I highly recommend this class. I took the morning class where we cooked a 3 course menu (Mango salad, Fish Amok and sticky rice balls). We were a small group of three people and had a great time. The cooks are very friendly and they explain a lot. They also recommend you different ingredients in case you can't find them... More
