We got there late so we only saw 3 shows, The Fiancee Picking, Dreamy prince s daughter and Magic peacock, The greatest King Jayavarman 7. All were very fun to watch. The shows were better than the wax exhibit to me. Since we go there to late, we didn't get to visit the Judgment Tunnel & Ghost House, so I... More

Sonya C posted 8 pictures with this review It was a great place to see the sort of history and culture of Cambodia. The shows were also pretty cool. I'm Cambodian myself so I could understand everything but unsure how foreigners would really get to enjoy it. The best bit was probably the last show of the night that finishes... More

Visited during mid day, the place look deserted. Some of houses are in bad state, some not open, compounds are not properly maintained. The playground is in despair state too. Workers slept at or near the houses on display. There is also a haunted house which is not only weird but also dangerous as the floor are not even in... More

I can imagine the cheesy scenery and weird wax models being mildly interesting for families with children. However I cannot believe how dire this place really is. Firstly, I didn't really understand what was going on there .. Loads of vacant areas which were suppose to represent Cambodian history and culture. However there was literally no explanation as to what... More

We had noted this place on the way to our hotel from the airport, and thought it a good place to visit and learn more about the Cambodian culture. The village is quite a large complex (over 200,00 sq mts) with a lake in the middle around which a wide path from the entrance leads you through villages/buildings each representing... More

If you are planning to come here a adults, forget about it. But if you have children with you, chances are these are one of the few choices to bring them after the temple adventures. Place started out with a grand vision years ago but when we came back recently, sadly it is falling into disrepair.

We came here for an afternoon and it didn't really blow us away. It was okay but there wasn't any information to explain about the sights. Luckily we had our tuk tuk driver who did his best to explain to us. The shows we saw were really good but I'm not sure if our experience was worth $15. Worth a... More

On our last day in Siem Reap, we asked a tuktuk driver to just drive us around the city just to look around. He then asked if we would like to go to the Cultural Village which we have not heard of. We went and it was $15 per person. At first I thought it was too expensive, but then... More
