Very informative guide with very good English. You see the Butterflies in all stages from eggs, Caterpillars, Pupae, hatching and then their first flight. Very serene environment. Very easy to get to. We went by Tuk Tuk. Only 4 US dollars admission fee.

Small but lovely and peaceful sanctuary for butterflies. And walking sticks! (So cool and a nice surprise). Had a guide who showed off some of the various butterfly species and butterflies in the different life stages, which was pretty neat. Well-maintained, quiet, very pretty, only $4 and a nice treat after visiting the sad (but informative) Landmine Museum just up... More

The driver can suggest other places to stop along the way. It's on the way and past Ankgor Wat. we didn't stop off anywhere else that day, it took about 40-45mins from Siem Reap district. We had a lovely drive through he countryside on our way to the temples. On the way back, our guide suggested we see the butterflies. Yes! For $4 each, we spent 20 with an educated and entertaining guide named Simon. He showed us giant stick bugs, lots of lovely butterflies, caterpillars and cocoons. Some were shiny and gold! We could... More

This was one of the stops on our full day tour in the area. It was reasonably priced and worth the trip. We had a guide explain all about the butterfly life cycle and saw some beautiful moths and butterflies. The garden was in bloom so there were lots of flowers and flittering butterflies. It is fairly easy to get... More

We did the visit to the butterfly centre on the way to the landmine museum. We were greated at the entrance and allocated a guide who took us around the centre and explained and showed us what they were doing and how a butterfly is developed. Our children were thrilled. We saw really beautiful caterpillers and butterflies. The garden itself... More

This butterfly centre is conveniently located on the way to Banteay Srey Temple. I would recommend everyone to go and see the temple early in the morning to avoid the crowds and the heat and then, on the way back towards Siem Reap or other sights, stop at this beautiful Butterfly Centre. Entrance fee is just $4 per person and... More

Due to the wind, there were not that many active butterflies according to the guides, however, we had fun. There were very pretty and super large butterflies, and the knowledgeable guide tells you some things about the life cycle of the butterfly. Would recommend to combine this with the landmine museum, they're quite close!

The butterfly farm is a lovely place to visit. We came and a friendly guide showed us around and explained us everything. The place is well kept and very nice. We would not go there especially because it's a bit far but if you go to the animal conservation center or to the far temples it's a great place to... More

On the way to bantea srey temple and the landmine museum, about 10-15km from Siem Reap. Only costs 4$. Wonderful place with an owner who really cares about the butterflies and the environment. He is very nice and will readily share his knowledge with you if you are interested. They try to support rare species by breeding and releasing them.... More
