This chocolate will leave you begging for more. The location in Ventura Mall also serves coffee which will be very necessary once you've tried the decadent chocolate that they offer. My man travels to Bolivia a couple of times a year and he is under instruction to always bring back some Manjar De Oro. I especially like the nutty ones in the paper wrappers - so much more interesting than Cadbury and more exciting than Lindt. AND the added bonus of supporting an emerging country. I'm doing my bit

The chocolates are ok some. some are just bad. there is better chocolate in Sucre. a lot are the same texture the picante is not too spicy and the salty one is just bad. Now that my wife and I are living in Santa Cruz, we have received quite a few Manjar de Oro chocolate presents. For Santa Cruz, this is practically the same as gifting a bottle of wine in France or a live chicken in Haiti. Cambas love Manjar de Oro. I was down in Santa Cruz with my wife and kids during the Christmas season and we visited Manjar de Oro after one of the locals recommended it.
