If you want a place to camp, whether it be in a tent, camper, RV, cabins, lodge, etc., this is one place to go. There are trails, playgrounds, pavilions, and grills for just a day at the park, or whatever you wish. I have even seen people having birthday picnics here. There is fishing, hiking, paddle boats, crafts for young... More

I whent on there horse trail ride and complimented a young lady working there for being vary good looking when she was instructing me how to get up on the horse. I whent on the ride and thought no more of it. When the ride was over an administrator came up to me and asked that I leave, no refund... More

My wife and I attended a family reunion over July 4th weekend here. It was my first time there. It is an easy 30 minute drive from Omaha Airport (Epply Airfield). I was amazed how big this place was (500 acres?). We got to the gate and a very pleasant officer there greeted us and handed us our keys without... More

We stayed at the lodge since all the hotels in Omaha were full with college baseball fans, and I'm glad we did. The rooms were spacious, but it would have been nice to have a refrigerator/ microwave. There were trails everywhere, watch for ticks. The waterpark received high grades from my daughter and the wave pool can knock you off... More

We camped in the campground and our site had the fire ring on a side hill which made it unusable. Our site had a drainage problem it rained off and on for the weekend which left us in a muddy pool. the lodge needs to be painted. We had been kayaking early in the morning and as we were taking... Very nice! Great room. Very clean and beds so good you would not want to get up, except for the buffet. We had a really good dinner, but the morning buffet was even better. We were also surprised at the $8.95 a person price. Yummy!

In June my family stayed at Eugene Mahoney Park iNear Ashland, NE. This park has it all! Horseback riding, fishing, trails, drama, great food and wonderful accommodations. We rented a cabin with two bedrooms, a kitchen, common area and one bath. It was clean and ready for us to use! In June the weather can be very hot but we... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights to get away from the city. The park is nice and offers a variety of things to do. Seems like a great place for families to connect. Some of the cabins are larger (including the brand new multi-bedroom Governor's Row cabins) and look to be great to host family reunions. The park... More

We rented a cabin for one night and went exploring the next morning. We loved the breakfast buffet at the Grille. We climbed the observation tower and had great views, hiked some trails, went to the iris garden, walked on the boardwalk, saw turkeys and baby geese, and had a great time. I want to go back when we can... More

Overall my family had a great time. The cost of the lodge rooms was very reasonable and there was plenty to do for 3 days. However, our very first experience when we got to the lodge at 3:50 was a very rude lady who acted very annoyed that we wanted to check in. Apparently check in time is not until... More
