We had reservations for 2 nights in a cabin. We ended up leaving after the first night because it was so dirty. When we showed up the kitchen counter was covered in sticky something, toilet was never cleaned and the dishes in the cupboard felt greasy with crusted food still on them. It made me physically sick. No way to... More

From checking in to the restaurant to the marina there were high school aged kids that could not communicate on the simplest level. We only stayed two nights but definitely ready to head home.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at the lodge. Room was nice, fun for kids with the loft and balcony. Sofa bed was really uncomfortable, so we ended up pulling the mattress off the second night and just put it right on the floor. Also, bathroom is very outdated. Needs better lighting and a bathtub. We traveled with 3... More

We spent 1 night and 1 day at the park. We arrived just after sunset, and the office right as you pull in was closed. There were no maps available. A sign on the booth said to find a certain lodge to check in, but then the lodge was never listed on any of the signs around the park. We... More

This was a pleasant surprise! The water slides, wave pool and diving boards are great fun. The big "dump" in the children's area is WAY TOO MUCH for little kids. I like that they let you catch your kids at the bottom of the slides. Smaller children can do one or more 360's on the way down, so I would... More

We had family from Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts fly into Omaha, rent cars and come down I-80 to the Park. Family from Minneapolis, Wyoming and Iowa drove in. We all had done the scramble for cabins a year in advance--a challenge and probably the worst part, but it did start the communications between the family lines! And, a word... More

Lots of things to do! We spent 4 days there and never a dull moment!! Loved the river view Lodge Room (got to see deer munching on flowers, rumping rabbits and beautiful birds congregate). The kids had a ball in the game room arcade and loved making their own waffles at the Breakfast Buffet. I suggest you schedule classes with... More

If you want a place to camp, whether it be in a tent, camper, RV, cabins, lodge, etc., this is one place to go. There are trails, playgrounds, pavilions, and grills for just a day at the park, or whatever you wish. I have even seen people having birthday picnics here. There is fishing, hiking, paddle boats, crafts for young... More

I whent on there horse trail ride and complimented a young lady working there for being vary good looking when she was instructing me how to get up on the horse. I whent on the ride and thought no more of it. When the ride was over an administrator came up to me and asked that I leave, no refund... More
