We had free passes through the library. Monorail was reasonably priced. Crowds were light due to the cool fall weather and cloudy skies. Our son particularly liked the aquarium area and "dolphins." I have a preference for the Milwaukee and Portland Zoos, but this was good. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. more

This is our second year with a year pass to the Minnesota Zoo. If you plan on taking your family more than once a year it is definitely worth it because it covers parking too, and the total cost would easily surpass that a second time. Make sure you find a coupon first as it did seem a bit pricey. Very pretty setting and lots of green with the animals in natural settings.
