We went on a field trip and my son loved all the tables with things to do and learn. He especially loved the bird show with the bird flying in the room.

I have a membership to the zoo, so I go every month. I have 6 grandchildren. It's great even in the winter months because there is a lot indoors if you don't like a little cold weather. But If you have youngsters, you'll want them to see the Russian exhibit (outdoors, of course) and in the summer time, bring your... More

If you are worried about the cold in the Winter you can visit the aquarium and Tropics inside. If you enjoy the Winter bundle up and check out some amazing exhibits. My favorite is the wolves. Also, there is an IMAX theatre at the entrance of the zoo if you'd rather do that.

I have been many times, we buy the year passes. In winter there are so many things to see indoors. I love the Minnesota Trail, where you can learn about nature in Minnesota. In good weather, the outdoor trails are great! Great place for kids and grandparents and for taking pictures. A word to the wise...it involves a great deal... More

OK, have been attending from when they opened, and had a chance to visit when I returned to Minnesota this summer. The visit was OK, but every time that I have visited I have felt that the management panders, that they feel that the visitors are totally ignorant. I dislike being treated as if I am an ignorant child.

The zoo is a great place for all ages. There is plenty to see indoors when it is cold or rainy out. In warmer weather, there are many animals to walk and see outside as well. We go to the zoo multiple times a year and have a season pass.

During xmas break we took in the zoo and had lunch there. The new Hawaiian seal exhibit and indoor bird show were great. We love the zoo and have been members for years.

Have had a membership to the MN Zoo as long as I can remember. While I wish it had say Polar Bears or some other animals that Como has there really is no comparison between the two Zoo's. MN is one of the best natural habitat Zoo's I'be been in. It seems every year they are upgrading or adding something... More

The zoo is wonderful for children who live in a world of wonder. It has volunteer staff that provide insight into the lives of these creators that live in our world. It is indoors for cold Mid-North Central weather. The summer visit offers a bit more outdoor adventure, including a splash pad and outdoor animal observation,

This zoo was amazing!!!!!!! There was some indoor areas to see some animals which was fantastic since it was so cold outside They also had some really realistic enclosures, like a raccoon and a fox in an enclosure that was set up to look like a cabin in the woods. The animals were very active as well. I really enjoyed... More
