I had a great time visiting last summer. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the live music was an extra bonus. The wine. Upon my recent visit to the winery, I was very disappointed to learn that they no longer accept the Co-op Connections REA discount card. (It’s a discount for residents in the local area on Runestone Electric Association. Carlos Creek Winery is a participant in this program.) The discount is good for free wine tasting, one offer per member per visit.... More

I was very disappointed in their own wine --- but they put on a nice welcome and have beautiful countryside. Wine is really only average --- I never bought any, but they have unique wines, blueberry, rhubarb, etc.

For $5.00 you get to try 5 of Carlos Creeks wines. They give you a sheet describing all of their wines to help you select. There's a free tour of the facility which takes about 1/2 hour which we found good. There was live music doing covers. A pretty nice Saturday afternoon in Alex.
