My fiance was injured in the parking lot prior to us even entering the venue/concert, tickets were not scanned or ever used because we were sent to the Emergency Room via the venue/event EMS (emergency team). They said we could come back because our tickets were not scanned yet. We ended up in the ER from the time we left... More

We saw Queen + Adam Lambert here. It seem to be a great place for large concerts. The entry area is plenty large so lines don't back up. They have lots of staff on hand to handle getting you parked, to your seat, staff concession stands, etc. The seating was good, too. They didn't try to skimp on the isle... More

On July 12th the family went to the Queen & Adam Lambert concert. It was amazing!! We were so impressed by the venue. Plenty of parking and well organized. I have trouble with crowds but I was able to get out without incident. Everyone was well behaved. Even exiting the parking lot was easy, and plenty of "venue detour" signs.... More

Surprised that this venue was so far outside of the city! (Perhaps I should have looked at a map before I left home.) Nice venue with wonderful staff. Everyone we encountered, from parking to concessions, was extremely friendly and helpful. The size of the bathrooms were pretty disappointing, but it wasn't too hard to walk a bit and find a... More

It was great! Our tickets were cheap. Beer and Food expensive but that is the way it is at any professional ball game. And the Pistons Won, that made it even better.

The venue was beautiful, parking was great... drinks and food were CRAZY expensive. George Strait was beyond amazing but that wasn't because of the venue. Didn't seem like there was a bad seat in the place!!!

Nice arena but they packed us in like sardines. Food and drinks are overpriced and the seating was very tight. Pretty much had to turn sideways to watch the concert. I had 16th row and once everyone stood up I couldn't see anything. I'm not short either. It's just too large of a venue to really enjoy a concert. I... More
