Diamond in the Palace

First visit to the Palace for the Neil Diamond concert. Great seats, Great staff, Great Time!!! Plan on paying $10 per beer, but that is the norm at any large Arena.

As you can imagine Disney on Ice presenting Frozen was packed with children of every age and all of the adults that go with it. The staff was efficient, friendly and organized. We were able to park, enter the event, find our seats and then depart quickly and efficiently. It was an amazing show!

We recently saw Maroon 5 at the Palace, and were pleasantly surprised not only by our seats, but the cleanliness of the place. Lineups for the washrooms and concessions were fairly minimal, and staff was very helpful...EXCEPT when it came to assistance getting public transportation. Nobody knew where to get a cab, or how to go about getting a cab.... More

The staff is friendly and helpful. I would say there are no bad seats where you can't see what your there to watch. It's got good parking and easy on and off to major highway. From basketball games to concerts to circus I enjoy this venue for business or family outing. Have ample handicap seating as well.

Went to see my first professional basketball game (not even a basketball watcher) the game was entertaining but the show around it was great - lots of music, a disco revival, non-stop getting you out of your seat - well priced family fun

Clean restrooms, friendly staff in all areas. Food is overpriced - but this was not unexpected. Eat before you come. Once you're seated, getting back up is somewhat inconvenient, but that's arena seating.

Went last night to see the basketball game. Pistons against Knicks. Security personal, ushers, concession stands workers, all were very pleasant and helpful. I was mostly cheering for Pistons, but also for Knicks a little bit, it was an entertaining game to watch. I did like the fact that even though it was a home game for Pistons, ushers and... More

Unless you are very small in size, be sure to read this. I can't emphasize enough how bad the seats are here. I sat in section 125, row k, so we had pretty good seats. But I am 6'0" and only 185 lbs but I couldn't fit into their incredibly narrow seats. I watched the entire Pistons game with my... More

We were able to attend a Pistons game and have a tour of the Palace. This was for the first Homeschool night special. There were over 300 in attendance. The tour was very nice and the game was fun.

Very entertaining night here @ The Palace of Auburn Hills. The Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful during the game to keep you entertained. Halftime entertainment was awesome with B.O.B. as our halftime entertainment, and in between timeouts very fun and entertaining game. Recommended highly to any family on a budget.
