Noice place to see a concert

getting out of the venue can be a problem, especially if you go out another exit than you came in, as I got lost

Went to see Rush here in April. This place was built in 1988.....but it still is as good as the vast majority of the new arenas I have been too. The sound is great. Plenty of choices in the concourse. This place is like a beautiful woman that does not show her age. Just proves the folks that designed it... More

I've been here for thre concerts ( Journey, Moody Blues & Usher) and a basketball game. I had great seats for Usher, excellent for Moidy Blues and security was good for all concerts. Seats weren't bad for Journey. Very good place for a concert! I think I've now sat in every level.

Saw Bette Midler here. The parking is plentiful and the attendants helpful at getting you in and out. The restrooms were clean as was the arena itslef. The chairs were comfortable.

Sound is great. We love how easy the access to venue from I-75 is when driving from West Michigan. My BFF and I are on a journey to see some great concerts now that we are retired and this is our favorite venue in Michigan

The arena was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and even in the upper level our view was great. The ticket scanning/bag checking lines were moving very quickly and the staff facilitating was very efficient. Can't wait to come back for another game or show!

I went to The Palace of Auburn Hills for the first time ever. Seeing Bette Midler was awesome, but the real surprise of the evening was the staff at The Palace. Everyone was exceptional. From the parking attendant to the staff directing us to our seats - everyone was friendly and very helpful. We were with a handicap friend and... More

The staff alone is 5 Star! I have been to many venues across the country and the staff here are by far the most courteous and helpful I have ever encountered. They go over and above to help people with mobility or disability issues, even helping wheel guests to the restroom during the concert if needed. We discovered too late... More

Great venue for the concert with good sight lines and great sound. The staff is very helpful which is important as I met lots of people from out of town. Recommend taking the Hoops shuttle though to avoid the high cost of parking and long wait to leave at the end of the evening.
