It was great! Our tickets were cheap. Beer and Food expensive but that is the way it is at any professional ball game. And the Pistons Won, that made it even better.

The venue was beautiful, parking was great... drinks and food were CRAZY expensive. George Strait was beyond amazing but that wasn't because of the venue. Didn't seem like there was a bad seat in the place!!!

Nice arena but they packed us in like sardines. Food and drinks are overpriced and the seating was very tight. Pretty much had to turn sideways to watch the concert. I had 16th row and once everyone stood up I couldn't see anything. I'm not short either. It's just too large of a venue to really enjoy a concert. I... More

Billy Joel was amazing, the seats were amazing, the arena was amazing...... the parking lot and traffic SUCKEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD! Expect to be on the expressway for an hour prior to the concert and an hour in the parking lot afterwards, which is chaos. They need a parking garage of some kind and more traffic lights? I don't know something!

Had great seats and a nice venue. Traffic getting out was horrible, took about an hour to get out but otherwise a great experience.

I have a condition that can limit my mobility somewhat. Large amounts of stairs are especially difficult for me. The staff was really rude, almost unacceptably so. We had court side tickets to the Pistons/Cavs game. The seats were wonderful and the drink staff helpful. However we were told there was no elevator. Later on we found out there was... More

I was at the Palace twice in the last couple of months. The venue is nice, but the seats need to be replaced. After sitting for about 2 1/2 hours for a show, I didn't think I was going to be able to stand up and walk. They are the second most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in, for... More
