I love going to the Power Center for various performances. It's well designed, and perfect size for a somewhat intimate seating. A much better experience than a huge stadium or larger auditorium. Acoustics are excellent. Drinks and small snacks are available before the curtain, and during intermission. My only complaint is parking. We usually end up in the parking structure... More

A beautiful architectural and cultural center at the heard of University Michigan. You must go and see something there - it is a treat.

Saw a great show. Few bad seats in the house. Box office staff helped us choose the right seats (price and location), and ushers were friendly, too.

Ann Arbor really should be able to find the dollars to design and build a larger modern replacement for this facility. New seating would be welcome. The sterile concrete walls with concrete form lines just does not fit with a fine arts facility. Rest rooms down the basement? And poorly laid out. Come on.. "The Music Man" production just put... This 1970's landmark is still a good place to see a play or concert. The nice walk to the center through a very pretty part of UofM campus is worth savoring. Plan to allow for time parking and walking.

Fantastic performance. Kaila Medieros is one to watch ... she played the innkeepers wife and stole the show. As adorable as young Cossette was, that was hard to do! Wonderful theater space, as good or better as any on Broadway.

This is always a place to see great theater and dance performances with some big name entertainers as well as productions by university departments.

Lots of different artists and productions. Pretty much, all good seats. Close parking. Easy walk to good restaurants and shopping on UM campus.

This theater give some great performances. They always seem to have something good going on there and the prices are very reasonable.

Great venue for wide variety of performing arts. We raised our daughter in A2, and throughout her childhood she had the opportunity to see Broadway stars in concert, the Royal Shakespeare Company in residence, Baryshnikov in solo dance tour, various bands, you name it. Along with Rackham Auditorium, U of M has the best performance venues in the Midwest, and... More
