Coffee you got it, groceries including a great fish market - they got it. Antiques, yep! Bulk spices - yep! fashionably elegant women's clothing - YEP! YEP! And, you can arrange to play the carillion on the campus here as well. It is part of the Ann Arbor Farmer's market which showcases local artists and their wares on Sunday. A... More

My husband and I visited Kerrytown in Ann Arbor, MI on January 22, 2016. We ate lunch at the Lunch Room, walked around Sparrows Market and purchased a few grocery items we needed. There was a small card store and we purchased a card we needed. There was also a wine store and we purchased two bottles of wine. On... More

Kerrytown's been around for a long time! And very successfully marries "groceries" of the best kind, seafoods, a bucher who can get/do anything with what meat you might need, coffee/teabar. A wine/accompaniment shop. Then there are the other specialty shops, with paper of any kind/design and supplies to go with it, cards-unusual, lovely ones, a "kitchen" full of wonderful creative... After a meal, this is a great place to wander in and out of stores that are locally owned. If the outdoor market is open, take the time to enjoy locally sourced foods and products.

Visit Ann Arbor's Kerrytown if you possibly can! In a charming area of cobblestone streets, lovely buildings and the Farmer's Market (Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays - check for seasonal opening times) you will find such gems as the unique Kerrytown stores, Zingerman's Delicatessen, several restaurants (try the Lunch Room) and the wonderful Treasure Mart vintage store, one of the best... Went to Kerrytown a few days before Thanksgiving 2015. It's a beautiful spot with lots of beautiful shops! My favourites were 16 hands and Found. I bought so much in Found. The ornaments that I bought were made in Michigan which I loved! So many neat things to be found in Found...lol If you get a chance to stop in... More

Kerrytown is a vibrant, unique shopping destination on the edge of downtown Ann Arbor. It is an interesting mix of shops that please locals and tourists alike. One of the best shops is a destination all in itself- Hollanders Papers. If art papers and art cards would be the least bit interesting to you Hollanders is a must stop. They... More

Artisans and craftsmen as well as home bakers abound at the outdoor holiday market. Shops in the building have extended hours as well. Those shops offer items you won't find many other places.

I definitely recommend checking out Kerrytown whenever you're in Ann Arbor, even if you're not looking to buy anything. The general atmosphere of the place is excellent and there's always something new to check out.
