Not rated one of the best museums in South America for nothing. The price includes a complementary guided tour in Spanish/English, which makes the whole process a whole lot easier to understand. The minting process is displayed excellently through out the museum. More

The problem is that the english speaking guide I had was very fast speaking, and sometimes a bit hard to understand. Besides that the place (for some reason) are starting all the different tours (in different languages) at the... More

When I visited tours only available in French or Spanish, which was fine for me but not some others. Great building and exhibits well laid out. More

We had an excellent tour in English that was very informative and detailed. There are 20 odd rooms to see, some more relevant than others, but well worth a visit. More

Myself and my girlfriend just got back the Casa de la Moneda. I'm very hard to please/impress but having travelled to over 50 countries and visited countless museums I can honestly say that this is well worth a visit. The guided tour is complusory, as of 14 Sep 2011 the cost was 40Bs pp (still camera +20Bs) and the afternoon... More
