This is one of the most visited beaches in Chile. Dec-Jan-Feb are high season, so be prepared for big crowds. Rest of the year is just a nice long beach with lots of small restaurants and some shops. Ideal for running or biking.

We visited this place around 3 pm on 20/3/2015 and the place was not crowded. Our final stop looking at the seals and birds was not that great! But the view of multi level apartments built on the full slope of the hill facing the sea was amazing! Wish, I had an apartment there facing the sea all the time!

My mother would take me to Chile as a child to visit my family, its beautiful. The people are so friendly and the marisco (sea food) restaurants are the best in the WORLD

I was there together with my son and uncle in mid December so the weather wasn't exceptional. It was very windy but well worth the cheap bus trip from Valparaiso.

This is a beautiful stretch of beach on the Chilean Coast. Wide sands and surf. There also were vendors who setup tents and sold trinkets for cheap. Would return.

It was nice to see but would not go out of my way to check it out. I can say I saw it but once I was there didn't really want to deal with the hassle of parking.

If your breakfast started after 10 a.m., Reñaca is the perfect spot for a late-afternoon lunch break. There are plenty of restaurants lining the beach promenade and another handful of options in the area, ranging from sushi to pizza. You may need to wear a scarf for the evening seabreeze.

The beach was beautiful and there is plenty of room to station your things at even when it is packed. The water is rough and a bit cold but understandable considering it is the pacific coast. There are plenty of people on the beach selling fresh fruit, drinks and typical Chilean snacks but they don't bother you. There are also... More
