An experience to drive through the desert by four-wheel drive. Some animals in the area with a photo opportunity - nice.

You have to experience the desert and what better way than a few hours of dune bashing, sandboarding and camel riding! The dune bashing was a thrilling experience, one I have never had the opportunity to do before, the drivers of the land cruisers are super skilled, whizzing their vehicles through the dunes. The camel riding was so much fun,... More

I went to the reserve as part of an organized tour with "Arabian Adventures". At first I was reluctant to go through it as I was under the impression that it was all in the desert, but it proved me wrong as one gets the best views of what the desert is. i took the Sundowner tour, here how it... Our tour guide and driver Mr. Mohammed Ali was wonderful! The excursion allowed us to ride on camels and ended with an authentic Arabic lunch. The food was good, the company was great-we really had a good time!

We got to visit this place as a part of our sunset safari. It was really nice and pretty. We caravaned through the desert in a land cruiser. We saw a falcon show. Then enjoyed a dinner. We didn't really see any wild animals or wild camel. It was just... sand. Every where. for miles and miles and miles...

A 4x4 picked up us in the hotel at 15:00. More or less 45 minutes of journey in the car. You see the falcons (nothing impressive). The sunboard is a poor experience, honestly you expect much more (far from the wake board or snow board): a ramp of 20 meters...no comments. The drivers goes thru the sand and this is... More

Just the beautiful, visibly untouched rolling sandy dunes of this dessert are worth the visit. The rest is a bit artificial, the onplanted animals for instance. However. This is still one of the most genuin "attractions" of Dubai today.
