Had an evening exploring the dunes with a tour company. Some great sunset shots over the dunes and local wildlife. Recommend a visit if you'd never been to an Arabian desert.

Such a perfect experience from start to finish. A classy, stylish trip. Breathtakingly beautiful desert, wonderful guides, amazing food, but so intimate. Highly recommended, I wish I was there now.

It is where the 4WD adventures takes place, but the company provides food for the desert dwelling animals (gazelles, birds) It is a peaceful and natural place both for humans and wildlife

The only thing good was the car ride and the desert, that's about it. Also, they pick you up from the hotel and drop you back. Otherwise, it was an entire day wasted because the food at the camp was pathetic (we felt like prisoners having it). The belly dancing was more like a fat lady dancing just to make... More

It is a great attraction. They pick you up at the hotel, and then you make a first stop in a camel farm. Then tehy take you right to the dunes, where you have quite an experience going fast in 4x4 pickups, jumping and climbing in the middle of the desert. Then you can just relax, get to see some... We went with the Safari Desert Adventures. Had a driver/guide called Nazeem (?) whom we would recommend highly. He was on time and explained what was on our tour without taking away the surprises! The dinner was ok but we weren't going for the food, were we? Sand duning was thrilling!

It was an easy but very hot day adventure. My tummy didn't do well on the dunes. But once on the ground again, they helped me rest so I could enjoy the rest of the day. Food was good, customer service was great!

Land Cruisers picked us up in from the hotel and and drove us out into the desert for a truly exciting 'Dune Bashing' experience. Not for the people with stomach problems! It was great fun and watching a couple of the Land Cruisers having to be dragged out of the shifting sands when they got stuck was a blast! The... More

Amazing experience! If you go to Dubai it's totally worth to go visit the desert. The dune ride was not my favourite, try to don't go in the back of the car, you might feel sick. After the ride we had an amazing barbecue. The food is really good, specially the coffee with dates that they offer right after the... More
