Ibn Battuta is located just a few metro stops from Marina so we decided to visit. For those that have visited the mega shopping malls in Dubai... with the endless stream of expensive designer shops, Ibn Battuta is a blessing with normal shops with normal prices. The majority of the brand names are all there - next, mothercare, debenhams etc., The big... More

It is not as huge as Dubai mall, and not prime location as Mall of the emirates but it remains a great shopping experience to me. It is the calmest mall with very nice atmosphere and less crowd. Location is a bit far from centre dubai but distance in Dubai is not quite an issue. I believe it is a... More

when this place opened it was the next big thing. now Dubai has gone bigger and brighter and its location is more Jebel Ali side of Dubai so not in an obvious catchment area for business people or upper end residential. the increase of lower end housing in the area has also changed the demographic. It is a nice, well... More

This mall sports a beautiful themed design (5 of them). Its a pleasure to do your shopping here as this place is less crowded compared to other malls. The shops themselves are a little boring tho. Dont expect high fashion brands here. Recommend for a one or two time visit and to enjoy the beautiful architecture

We're not great mall goers but this one suited us fine. Friendly people. Excellent restaurants with outdoor patios.

It feels like a sight seeing trip because the ambience & decor of the mall is like that of the 5 countries visited by IBN Batuta- Egypt, Tunisia, India, China, Persia. It seems to be less crowded that most other malls too

Away from the crowded city and big shopping malls, Ibn battuta mall provides the same shopping brands with a slower rhythm, while walking around you enjoy the pretty architecture of the mall as it is divided to several sections (Egypt, Tunisia, India, China, Persia). It was very comfortable for us to do shopping there as it is not so crowded,... More

As with many things in Dubai this mall is huge - I actually got tired walking through it and has to take a break. I loved that it had little bits of education on what ibn batutta contributed to sciences etc... Tons and tons of shops. Very accessible via the Dubai metro. Go visit and enjoy yourselves!

Many of the malls in Dubai are the same. Similar concept stores, and this one is no different. However the design and colors are very interesting and this mall is great for taking a walk and watching everything! The Persian Court and the India Court were my favorite. I'm so glad I was able to see this mall.
