Simply a masterpiece. known for images taken from the sky where you see the shape of a palm tree. One of the most visited places of Dubai. I highly recommend

I was staying on The Palm but was also able to see it from the top during helicopter tour. Definitely a masterpiece of how it's built. It's a man made island in the shape of Palm. It is home to number of luxury hotels and resorts. Very cool!

According to our guide book, the concept of the Palm was to increase the coastline of Dubai. No doubt so that the rich and famous can have access to the water. We took the monorail, which was interesting and saw the continuing construction sites as well as the blocks of apartments already occupied. At the furthest point there is not... More

dont ever think that you will see architecture of the palm just you go there, you need to take a helicopter ride to see it. but just you go there you can visit the atlantis hotel and its aquaventure park.you can also stand at the crescent and enjoy the sunset there.

From the sky it looks astounding but when you are on it, it looks like any normal but expensive housing neighborhood. The monorail I believe could help give the palm view when completed as I saw the construction going on when I visited.

To reach palm jumeirah , catch metro till Damac properties and from there interchange Tram service to till palm jumeirah . from there take monorail (gateway station to Atlantis )(return ticket 25 Dirhams for monorail). You can not view palm shape even from monorail. But u can enjoy a ride. You can also have great... More

The visit to Palm Jumeirah did not live up to the expectations. The view of Atlantis is just like many others. The beauty of the Palm is not felt when you are actually on it. The entry to the palm bungalows is not allowed. Just the drive around it does not zing.
