I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing massage. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Thoroughly enjoyed my time in the spa and hope to return on my next visit.

Staying in the mina, its so convenient to use the pool. The facilities are excellent, plenty of towels, water, shower gel, creams etc. Hairdryers. Loved swimming in here, usually was quiet. Pool rather warm for me but it was great to get proper swim in before hitting breakfast!!!

Bad experience at the spa inside the jumeirah complex. Very, very poor service. Understanding each other is like gambling. Therapists are too young and have no experience at all. You cannot ask to tailor massage to your needs they only follow standard protocols (basic protocols for beginners). It's better to use your money at restaurants or in one of the... More

Came here with a friend and we chose the spa day package which consists of body scrub, oil massage, lunch and facial. We were greeted as soon as we entered the reception, the staff were so attentive and courteous throughout. Big thanks to our therapists Mantana and Aysel for a wonderful service and so personalized. A great location facing the... More

This Spa which is attached to the Al Qasr hotel and is a wonderful place to visit for a relaxing time. My wife and I both enjoyed a Couples massage which was excellent. The surroundings are plush. The Spa facilities are well maintained. Prices could be lower but it's Dubai!

It had been over a decade since my last yoga experience when I settled onto the warm sands of the beach and began to make my first halting attempts at the various poses our instructor guided us through. I won't lie - it was a struggle. I 'ain't as flexible as I once was, and the rest of my class'... More

I came to the gym as I had free access because I was staying at the Mina Al Salam Hotel in the Madinat Jumeriah group. I was just going to work out on the treadmill, but the lady informed me there was a Zumba class starting in 5 minutes - I absolutely love Zumba - I had so much fun,... More

I had an excellent spa treatment here at the Talise Spa. We arrived a little early so I was able to swim in the infinity pool and the hot tub. The lady doing my massage and facial was excellent. It was also equally awesome to see the Burj Al Arab.

Good therapist and products used are of very high quality. The whole user experience was great from the time I arrived for my appointment until after the treatment. Disappointed that the 60 minutes treatment was finished in about 45 minutes. The spa facilities were perfect to male the experience last a little longer. The place, being in a crowded gym,... More

I visited Talise with two girlfriends. We booked a treatment deal which involved the use of spa facilities, a 1.5 hour massage, a skin analysing treatment (or infra red sauna), and a yoga session. We were not able to attend the yoga session as it was held in the evening when we had other commitments. But what we had experienced... More
