We booked the lunch at the top. You must book a few days before. Totally worth the money. I believe there is a minimum spend of ordering a main meal. It is pricey but worth it for the views and to see the inside of the hotel. If you don't do the lunch at the top at least visit to... More

I don't mind ever paying for service but I can't begin to explain how poor the service and choice was here at the Burj Al Arab, even the staff apologised to us!

Ive been to Dubai 4 times in the past 2 years and have waited eagerly for my visit to Burj Al Arab. I decided to book the High Tea at the Sky View Bar. Booking was easy, they even accomodated to our allergies/dietry requirements before hand! Hotel was lovely, a bit toooo much going on with the decor, but thats... More

I was there in Burj Al-Arab to meet with one of dad's client for a business meeting and had a wonderful cup of tea with the client there. I still cannot forget the vip service they are providing to their customers.

I had heard so much about this hotel as being the only 7 star hotel in the world so decided to see for myself. As a travel counselor, I did get in to see the hotel, but was astounded at the number of Japanese groups all over the place. When I questioned, the rep told me they were all staying... More

My and my wife booked the High Tea show and it was worth it. Lobby of the hotel with its fountain is marvelous and guestroom entrances looks like fairy beehives. High tea was deluxe experience. We enjoyed all drinks, sandwiches, jams and sweets. All the program took almost hour and half. It is really worth it to see, this hotel... More

We turned up hoping to have a lovely breakfast after seeing this highly promoted attraction in Lonely Planet and we were greatly and bitterly disappointed in having been turned away at the gate house. This place is locked up like some sort of paranoid embassy for some hardline state and is very off putting. Despite being well dressed and waving... More

My husband and I had drinks and appetizers in the Amani Bar. The wait staff moved us to a table by the window when one became vacant which we thought was very considerate since we did not even ask to be moved. The view is limited after dark but still fun and exciting. The hotel entrance, lobby, elevators, etc. are... More

Place, were your dreams came true. We´ve been there on Saturday, when the traditional marocain dinner was served and it was delicious, especially sweet courses. And the service... omg, the best one in my life.
