We had a day to tour Dubai, and we decided to use Dubai Private Tour. It was way more convenient than trying to drive around ourselves. We had Vivek as our guide and he gave us a superb guide around the city. We like to explore on our own and it was great to be able to just hop out... More

With friends visiting we booked for a group of 4 for the Al Ain tour with Dubai Private Tour. We had used this company in the past for the Abu Dhabi tour and they were great. Our tour guide called Brother arrived 20 mins before the start of the tour at our apartment to check that we would be ready... More

We went on a desert safari which was really cool but feel that there are some room for improvement. The major disappointment for us is that there is not enough daylight time to enjoy all the facilities included. It took us nearly an hour to drive out to do the dune bashing. Then we stopped for 20min to buy drinks... More

Before we booked our two tours with Dubai Private Tour (the Four-Hour Private Tour through Dubai and the Eight-Hour Royal Private Tour through Abu Dhabi) we had read many reviews on TripAdvisor. We needed a Russian-speaking guide for our tours because Russian was the common language to our small group of four. At the time, we were not able to... More

All of the top spots visited and even a ride on a boat along the creek. Overall, an excellent experience. Would definatley book again with this company for a... More

We did the six hour Dubai tour with guide Dil. She was always entertaining and yet well informed and professional. This was the perfect introduction to Dubai-we were afraid the 4 hour tour would be too short, and the 8 hour too long--it's the Goldilocks tour! Dubai was a nice place to have a private care to take you around;... More

We really enjoyed the 4 hour tour of Dubai with Dubai Private Tour company. We had an 8 hour stop-over so decided to see something of Dubai while we were there. We were met at the airport and dropped back in time to catch our flight. Our guide was very friendly, considerate and knowledgeable and we really enjoyed the tour.... More

We learned very much from him... More

Staying in Jumeirah

Neighborhood Profile
Jumeirah
Years ago, before the skyscrapers, before the 12-lane highway, there was only Jumeirah. In fact, when the UAE was formed, its rulers signed the agreement in Union House, at the very start of Jumeirah Beach Road. Often called “The Beverly Hills” of Dubai, a drive down Beach Road reveals one enormous, lavish villa after another. Originally residential-only neighborhoods, they are now also home to an array of cafes, smart boutiques, and art galleries. Home to one of Dubai’s few public beaches, this recently renovated area includes a new boardwalk, running and walking track, with changing facilities and cafes along the way. Another landmark, Jumeirah Mosque, is the only mosque in Dubai that can be entered by non-Muslims. As part of the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, the mosque hosts regular tours and talks about Islam, as part of an “Open Doors, Open Minds” program. A wonderful way to understand more about the UAE and Islam.
