We had a great time visiting the Souk Madinat. We arrived with a taxi and it was easy to find. We had lunch there and we spent a few hours. You have to deal a lot when you buy souvenirs. They have nice clothes and typical things from the United Arab Emirates. It's a nice place where you can have... More

We came here twice during our trip in Dubai, We loved it, was a nice relaxing place to be to walk around the different style of shops and the outside was beautiful sitting there whilst having drinks. We went on one of the busiest nights a Thursday, and it was hard getting food but that's our fault for not booking,... More

Were are talking of a copy of what and old market used to be. Air conditioned, beautiful and with lots of shops and nice restaurants. From Iran food to Italian and steaks. CArpets and local souvenirs found. one of the best places to take pictures of the Burj Al Arab - the iconic hotel! Don't miss this visit!

Someone in the management has decided to change where taxis... More

If you expect and Arab souk then forget it. This is a modern parody, built for tourists. It lacks any authenticity, but you can get a Costa Coffee?

Designed in the old style, this market does give you the chance to buy many items to remind you of a visit to Dubai. It is a nice place to stroll around and there's a very pleasant food area next to the lake/waterway; prices to match the City/location.
