Overall we liked it. The entrance is located in Dubai Mall. It is better to buy tickets online in advance. We were told that the price on entrance might as high as 100 USD at peak time. We could not buy tickets for sun set for 4 days in advance so took the tour at midday. The whole tour takes...

We booked our tickets on line direct 4 days in advance of our visit and already all the sunset times were sold out, so we opted for 15:30pm. So if you want a sunset view, book early.
On arrival we collected our tickets and headed off. I can't believe how quick that lift was! It was rapid! Felt about 20...

Must book in advance - if possible via internet - it costs a bit less and you choose the time but if you turn up without a reservation you could be disappointed. There were no possibilities for 3 days when we were there.

I made a similar review on the Burj Khalifa. We made our reservations in advance online about a day before--the next available tour was at 10pm--we took that.
Overall, it was a cool experience--a smooth 40 second elevator ride to the 124th floor where the observation deck was. A breath-taking 360 view of downtown Dubai at night!

It was a good experience visiting the Burj Khalifa, at the top. You can book your tickets in advance and choose the time slots. We did visit in the afternoon and the sightings were clear. I suppose due to the climatic conditions, it is usually bit hazy in the mornings and therefore the distant views may not be clearly visible....

How can you possibly NOT go up the worlds tallest building if you're in Dubai?? It's a shame you can only go up to the 124th floor and not any higher but the views from here are FANTASTIC! We tried tried to get a booking for sundown to get a day and night view but they were fully booked about...
