We used two- day tickets in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We were on a cruise ship and the bus pick up was at the port so it couldn’t be more convenient. This was a great way to see the cities with good time keeping and excellent and friendly staff. Even when we were on the wrong bus the staff... More

We got the Metro to Deira to start our big bus trip, there are 3 routes to choose from, we managed to take all 3 but it was quite a tight trip to do this. We visited only one souk & only spent a short time there, this trip is probably best to do over 2 days, which is possible.... More

We took some aged relatives on the tour, as they didn't have the mobility to do the tour under their own steam and it all worked out well. the bus drivers waited until everyone was safely seated before setting off. The Red and Green lines are worth doing - the Blue line certainly isn't. Its no fault of the bus... More

Good experience. Unfortunately the wifi does not already work. On five buses only one worked. WiFi helps with planning you're next stop. Also, USB ports would be most welcome.

We booked this tour thinking it would be a great way to see Dubai as it is so spread out. Firstly it's 250 dirham each (£50) but decided to do it anyway. We got on the metro to the area we were told to get on the bus but it took us half an hour walking around in circles to... More

I am not usually a fan of the typical touristy city tours, however Dubai's attractions are very spread out and, on this occasion, I believe that the Big Bus Tour is a very good option for seeing the city. The three lines (the city tour, the beach tour and the marina tour) cover all of Dubai's main attractions and with... More

At first glance this seems a little pricey. However, if you take advantage of the full range of extras on offer it's an excellent deal. Our visitors used the audio guides on the city tour, visited the museum and Bastakiya, the Gold and spice souqs, took the dhow trip up and down the Creek, and took the evening desert trip... More

Having used the hop on hop off bus tours in a number of other cities, the one operated in Dubai falls quite short of the normal service provided. Whilst I think it's an excellent way of getting around and getting an idea of the City and sights the one in Dubai was quite messy - none of the usual well... More
