This is where you come for a quality shopping experience or for just a coffee. A pleasant mall with good shops and a good feel to it . It is quite unlike the big malls and thats a good thing in Dubai , its more European in feel than anywhere else. Spinneys is a great English supermarket with just about... More

A small, cosy and a very European Mall. Sipping a coffee, reading a book, chatting. A very enjoyable experience only if you are at leisure and want to kill time. Going there as a voracious tourist would be a joy killer as there is nothing grand about it.

Italian decor sets this small mall apart from the others. Located on the Jumeirah Beach Road it has good parking facilities above and below ground. The supermarket is a well stocked Spinneys, there are all the usual shops including a Nine West, Claire's, Laura Ashley, Virgin, Hobbs, Kas. Also an inviting Starbucks centrally located on the ground floor and Pauls... More

Use the Mercato on a regular basis. Normally easy to get parked. Good selection of shops, cinema, food court and eateries. Nice as it's not like some of the Galatico Malls like Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates which can get overly crowded and have become almost their own tourist resorts. Does what is says on the tin. You can see a different mall. The interiors of this mall are different to other malls. It has a Italian look. It is not very big but still it is worth visiting and shopping

I was with my friend's family and they brought me here after spending a sunny afternoon at the Jumeirah open beach. Interior and exterior designs are very nice. Different shops are there even it is only a small mall. Wish to be back!

Staying in Jumeirah

Neighborhood Profile
Jumeirah
Years ago, before the skyscrapers, before the 12-lane highway, there was only Jumeirah. In fact, when the UAE was formed, its rulers signed the agreement in Union House, at the very start of Jumeirah Beach Road. Often called “The Beverly Hills” of Dubai, a drive down Beach Road reveals one enormous, lavish villa after another. Originally residential-only neighborhoods, they are now also home to an array of cafes, smart boutiques, and art galleries. Home to one of Dubai’s few public beaches, this recently renovated area includes a new boardwalk, running and walking track, with changing facilities and cafes along the way. Another landmark, Jumeirah Mosque, is the only mosque in Dubai that can be entered by non-Muslims. As part of the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, the mosque hosts regular tours and talks about Islam, as part of an “Open Doors, Open Minds” program. A wonderful way to understand more about the UAE and Islam.
