I visit Dubai Mall every time I come to Dubai for a visit, especially to see the famous Dancing Dubai Fountain, Souk Al Bahar, and Burj Khalifa. I also love the Dubai Aquarium as well as the reel cinema. One of my favorite places to go to is Candylicious & Million of Milkshakes . The Mall has some really nice... More

Huge mall, but yet so cosy. I've been there many times, but every time, I discover a new place. You can find everything you're looking for in this mall; movie theater, ice rink, aquarium, restaurants (upscale, casual, and fast food), cafés, designer shops (Dior, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, etc.), fountain, etc... You'll never get bored, but don't expect to see everything... More

Make sure you have at least a day to spare at the Mall. It is huge and perhaps the largest in the world. Best part is the inbuilt Ski Range. You and your dear ones can spend ample time here. Many designer brands have their business here, the cost is again on the higher side. The food court on the... More

I stayed at the Hotel Address Dubai Mall , and I spent the most beautiful moments , watching the front of the Burj Khalifa Balcony it for several reasons: 1 - entered the hotel Dubai Mall . 2 - everything available in it, in terms of brands and all shopping needs . 3 - hotel is very close to Sheikh... The Dubai Mall is huge, there is so much to see, I just wish I had more time. It is well laid out and plenty of information desks to help and guide you. The Aquarium is fantastic. Loads of places to eat. It was nice to sit and have a coffee and watch the world go by. I will go... More

The Dubai Mall is gorgeous! Don't buy anything unless you have money to spare. If you can shop in America, I don't recommend buying anything here. It's a great place for sightseeing and people watching. It's also interesting to see what money can buy; for example, a bottle of Bling water for about a $100! Don't throw out the bottle... More

Staying in Downtown Dubai

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown Dubai
You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building, but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children’s play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy a lunch or dinner watch the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.
