This is yet another shopping mall in Dubai with all the expected retail outlets and international food chains but was like a ghost town when we visited, partly because of Ramadan. When we visited during the day it was almost deserted apart from staff and security guards but after sunset when the population is permitted to eat and drink again... More

Close to the Airport this is just another Mega Mall in Dubai. All the usual shops offering a full range of goods. Some nice outside restaurants and cafes but still a lot of work going on in certain areas. Not on the Metro link so need to get taxi to and from it. OK area to pass an hour or... More

It looks remarkably modern from the outside, but reality hits me when I enter the mall. It's empty, devoid of people and shops closed with no activity at all. Only the food shops are thriving like Zaatar W Zeit which sells great wraps. So you should only come here for the food, and seriously nothing else.

Spent a couple of hours here prior to getting my flight as its close to the airport. Didn't think there was anything remarkable about it, just felt like a shopping centre you'd see back home (UK), it even had some of the same shops such as IKEA and Marks and Spencer. In the UK I live a 5 minute drive... More

The good thing about Festival City is there lot's to do there, there is a vibrant restaurant area and always lots to do on the promenade. However, if you want to shop until you drop there are many far malls to choose from in Dubai.

The mall is wonderful, reasonably priced stores, very different. The have a panda store with everything you need. Beautiful stores. The area outside is beautiful as well with a walking path along the harbor and great outdoor restaurants and Shisha. Festival City is right there. Next to Crowne Plaza and the Intercontinental. Close to the airport too! I loved this... More

I like this mall for the fact that it's near and has IKEA! There's plenty of stores for all brackets and a huge Hyper Panda market for your groceries too. There's a separate building for the nice, fine dining restaurants overlooking the creek if you want some good view.

I loved that this place has outside coffee shops and restaurants overlooking the sea with an amazing view of Dubai and a dock for all kinds of yachts. The mall's inner and outer design is spectacular. Shopping is also recommended there.
