The name says the facilities. Very green for the place, with parks, greens and trees all around, we saw a a go cart racing. It is an every day event. Not only that we found people well adapted to sports loving an participating people in there own ways.

It seems dubai sports city is still developing because we could see lots of sand all around. We went to see a cricket match in the dubai cricket stadium, there was a queue of several km towards the stadium. But once inside, it was most impressive esp the famous ring-of-lights, the unique floodlights. The taxi stand is almost a kilometer... More

the mosque in one of the buildings is constantly trying to compete with the construction noise. Dust everywhere and you won't have chance to sleep as the constructions go 24/7... Prices are getting ridiculously high compared to the quality... terrible 1 year.

Its mainly residential area, where i am living in. The community is still under construction and Dubai cricket stadium and ICC office are in Sports city. This is one of the best residential plus sports community once its finished, but all constructions include water canal is in dead stage.

Located on the outskirts of Dubai on the Emirates Road close to the Autodrome is Sports City. It is an unfinished project, it has an excellent cricket stadium, the Els Golf Course, some nice villa's and apartments but that's it. Lot's of ongoing building works makes Sports City a large construction site. To be avoided unless you are a golfer,... More

We spent two weeks in a one bedroomed apartment in The Spirit and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is situated in a new development area called Sports City and as such is still undergoing much building work but that could be said of the whole of Dubai! It is experiencing an unprecedented property growth period that has the whole city... More

Been to Sports City in November 2013 to January 2014, apartments are really nice with good facilities, however the noise from the construction (which is completely understandable but early mornings?), very bad singing of the constant prayer calls from the Elite Residence buildings and the roads are shocking. The plans for the area looks very impressive and however will be... More

The last reviewer from LIverpool got it right, a building site. The ELS Club has a nice restaurant serving English dishes, but getting around roads on the construction sites is awkward.

A small area around the golf course and temporary club is completed and the new golf club is due to open soon, which looks very nice. Apart from that it’s an unfinished building site, some roads lead to nowhere and you will have to drive anywhere!! Not a pretty place.

Nice to see if you happen to pass by. No need to drive out there as most of the facilities aren't in use as apparently the debt hasn't been paid on the hockey astro turf & who knows what else. Would be amazing if something actually does start happening out here.
