Of all the mosques we have visited, this is a real stand out. Serene and beautiful with stunning light. Good to go in the morning perhaps with a lot of other things to see in the area

Hanging from the centre of the inside of the dome is a metal body of a peacock and the sunlight playing provides the tail, it is spectacular.

This small private mosque is beautiful. The zig zag corridor does not prepare you for the soaring space of the interior mosque. It's hard to take pictures as it is dark and very tall. You'll have to remember it with your mind's eye but what a memory.

This mosque is very beautiful in it's detail of blue tiles and mosaics. Fortunately I was there with a guide who told all about the special and old stories of this beautiful place. Also he demonstrated the specially designed acoustics for prayers to be heard by a large number of people. This complex has multiple halls of prayer in it,... More
