There is no creation and no beauty in king's fountain. it is just a jet of sea water going high. and it can be seen only from one side i.e if you are in Palestine street in the west direction.

wish I can come closer to this fountain, unfortunately there is no way to know if the fountain is working or no prior to go there but most likely if it is windy weather they will shut it down

The kings fountain is a unique sight. It is seen in corniche from 4 p.m to 4 a.m. and is magnificent indeed. So interesting to watch as it spreads likea wing when strong wibds blows and soars so high up in the slies when no winds are blowing. It serves like a harbor light... a guide luring you to the... Well this is the highest fountain in he world. Gives a nicer look to the city specially at night. The area is nice to walk around in the evenings when the weather is good. At the end of the day its just a fountain. Its also nice to see it from airplane :)

Tallest of its type in the world, you have to at least take a quick look at King Fahd's fountain launched in 1985, when you go to Jeddah. I used to drive by with my parents to admire its view from afar. The fountain can be visible throughout the city but It's always best to go around sunset.

The King's fountain can be seen from miles around anywhere along the Red Sea shore but best from the Corniches road. The Intercontinetal Hotel and the Park Hyatt both have exceptional views. The fountain is spectacular in its height and power and when the wind blows in provides a huge spread of water across the sky.
