We have visited this mosque several times. It is located on cornich road and offers a beautiful view of the red sea. The area is quite popular among locals and people asking with families gather here for Bar B Q. I have seen various umrah pilgrims frequenting here as well. However, it does not have any special religious or historical... More

I went here because I was really curious of why they called it "The Floating Mosque" but when I saw it, honestly its just plain and nothing is surprising about it.

For long time Jeddah was a jewol of the Gulf butno longer. This mosque was really a wonderfull land mark attraction. Now its just one more mosque. The floating design of buldings is becoming more famous with the Palm island of Dubai and the Pearl of Qatar

A very nice Masjid on the Cornishe. All the interior is very beautiful and the outside view is also very nice. Gives a cooling feeling.

I loved visiting the floating Masjid, just to reflect on our journey just to see the Red Sea, it was refreshing.

A very important 'floating' monument to visit, that's hard to miss. I used to come here and have long walks along the red sea through Cornish road. The best time to go is at Sunset of course. Whether you want to pray inside (I never went inside) or just sit close by, you're gonna find this spot to be peaceful... More

I wish I had a photo as this is a very special mosque along the Jeddah Cornish. It appears to be floating and always has reminded me of a similar mosque in Brunei. This one in Jeddah has a much better architecture.
