Minar Pakistan is something you should respect and something you go and look at the amazing thing Pakistan has made. Tourists from different countries come to Pakistan to look at Minar Pakistan. People who don't think Minar Pakistan is not amazing, they should go look at night! So my friends, go to Minar Pakistan and experience it yourself THE GREAT... more

My only memory of visiting this site is the number of men sat around it staring. Being with women-folk i was really put of. (Though this probably happens in most of Pakistan and you tend to get used to it...slowly) I agree with the other view that it is something you will pass by due to other things to see... more

The Minar-e-Pakistan is an icon of Lahore, but there is really little to see. The Minar itself is not particularly impressive and you can no longer go to the top of it due to recent suicides. Still, the Minar-e-Pakistan is right across the street from the Shahi Qila (Fort) and Badshahi Masjid (Mosque), so it is worth the walk across... more
