My Maternal great grand father was then Director of this Museum. To see through history and an old family connection makes this place a great interest.Located on a very busy local traffic road, it's accessible to all in official timings.Well preserved and maintained. A lifetime experience for History students.

Peshawar museum is the biggest museum on the life of Lord Buddha in the World. It houses a priceless collection of statues depicting the various stages in the life of Lord Buddha. A must visit for people interested in history and the life of Lord Buddha

This is a very old museum which I have been visiting since I was a child. Mostly the remains of Ghandhara reflecting old history can be seen. It is worth visiting.

It is a historic building where ancient items are well preserved, but the building itself is a treat to watch. Location of the building is in the centre of the city and can be easily accessed from anywhere. This building is a must see for history lovers.
