There is always something happening: a festival, a tango dancing evening, a concert, an exhibition....or just a walk around to feel a vibrant city. There is a little place where you can rent a bike from and continue your exploring at a faster pace.

A visit to the City Hall is probably too short, a quick look at this beautiful building located in the center of the main city's square, called Piata Sfatului. Perhaps the main attraction is the square itself, very suggestive, also at the side of the building there is a small museum. However around the City Hall is the meeting point... More

If you want to understand Brasov, go at this museum, take your time and read thoroughly the whole history of this burg. Simple and old, this place provides you with precious and interesting information.

The city hall of Brasov stands out as it is the main building on the council square. It's basically the centerpiece and is a nice building which has been preserved well. Makes a good focus for your photos of the old town square. I liked the colours and the style of the building.

The building is nice, but if you are into architecture, you will find other more interesting buildings in Brasov. But the square next to the city hall is always busy, there are frequent fairs, I recommend it. You can find souvenirs made by locals, and more than souvenirs, hand-made soup bars, small clothing items and other stuff like this

It is a nice building with very well preserved architecture. The location is the city center of Brasov (you can not miss it :-))

Worth seeing! If you go for the 1st time, you will enjoy it. But like any other thing, seeig this for the 5th or 6th time, it cam become boring.

Very-very nice, rich and interesting museum. A lot of stuff from 15-16 centuries, all is connected to history of the city and region. Highly recommend this one. Among the best I saw of this kind. Good for 1-1.5 hours.

The museum inside was staffed by people who didn't' speak English when I was there. There are a lot of interesting artefacts and information about Brasov's guild history, not well translated into English or displayed by the standards of 2015.
