It's an artificially formed lake on the Neretva river in the area of the town called Jablanica. The nature is amazing. There is a beach every couple of miles, you can choose crowded ones like Ostrozac or Paprasko, or a quiet and romantic one.

We hit there before sunset.. A bit chilly on the water.. Great view of the bridge that was built by Tito.. You can take your tea, coffee and picnic on the boats.. Half hour tours and one hour tours.. Sunset was beautiful..

The broken bridge on the Neretva river in Jablanica tells the story of a very sophisticated and heroic battle of the partisans in Bosnia. How Tito and the partisan blew up the bridge pulling the enemy to a false direction and saved themselves in the second WW.
