If you can get there on a cruise, do it, because the long fiord (southernmost in Europe) is worth the trip. The old town, a UN heritage site, is worth it but an added feature is that it the modern small city is adjacent and you can easily mingle with local people, shop where they shop, and wander the town.

“in my humble opinion, the best 1 day small bus-excursion from Dubrovnick with Yvan as a tour guide”
**Important: Do not forget your passport and Euros currency since they accept no other!
I highly second the recommendation by Yvana of Lea Travel for this one-day small bus excursion to Montenegro, although our knowledgeble & very engaging guide, Yvan, confided that the customs line up in peak season (July & August) were horrendous!
