Visited Kotor as part of our cruise through Adriatic and Aegean. Sailing up the inlet that leads to Kotor is lovely and the old walled town and fortress are very impressive. We took the time and made the effort to climb to the top of the fortress, scaling the steps and enjoying a great view of the harbor, bay and... More

Spent the whole day driving around the bay, stopping for coffee and photos. pictures can't hope to get the entirety of the place, the sea and the snow on the mountains. just so calm and beautiful if you go to south Croatia, kotu is only 45km from the airport. don't miss this lovely area. More

We visited Kotor on a trip from Dubrovnik and although the weather wasn't kind it sort of added to the experience. The old walls leading up into the hills are breathtaking and on the day we were there the hill mist descended making for some fabulous photo's. The local guide brought the history of Kotor and the surrounding area to... More

From East Coast of US with family of four including two kids (10 and 7) to Kotor Bay; didn't know what to expect but found heaven. The highlight was biking and kayaking the area with Goga and KBC. Born and raised in Kotor, Goga runs a terrific operation and can provide insights into the area like no one else.... We... More

(sorry for my english!) first , i think the road between kotor and dobrota along the sea is really beautifull by bicycle, so finally the distance from Kotor is a good thing!after, the "acceuil" is really friendly and the place closed a small beatch is too cute. Thanks to KBC, i've been to Perast island by kayack and the vue... More

If you are going to visit Kotor, you must plan on spending some time with Kotor Bay Connect. Not only do they provide economical, fast and fun trips to Our Lady of the Rock, among other destinations, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. KBC really enhanced our trip to Kotor. Kayaking was great. We also rented bikes from KBC. Thanks to their service we toured the area from land & water. KBC also has water taxi service that can get you to the church on the island in the middle of Kotor Bay. The equipment is great quality and the staff is kind,... More

The whole Montenegro bay is very pretty. In between Budva, Kotor, Tivat, Herceg Novi is good place to stay, many hotel, motel and hostel around the bay. the public transportation is very good and cheap, although some of the bus is a bit old, but is alright and safe, they wont drive very fast. Working hours also long enough expecially... More

We docked at the little port of Kotor whilst cruising on Azamara Quest. We rose early in the morning so that we could watch as the ship entered the 'fjord' that is the entrance to Kotor Bay.Having recently been on a cruise to the Norwegian fjords this was equally as spectacular, only with the sun.We cruised for 2 hours along the bays... A drive to see this Bay is worthwhile because of the magnificent beaut of many locations. As you look up you see a fantastic view of the mountains but the huge shorline also provides great views. There are many places to stop and it should be done by car so you can take advantage of the views. Some views show... More
