A stunning view of the city and the Danube, especially from the plateau near the clock tower. Magnificent walls and nice secluded spots. I try not to miss it every time I come to Novi Sad. Lovely place for family walk and stories about history.

We stayed at hotel leopold 1. The thing we enjoyed the most was our daily walk in the fortress specially during sunset.as much as i would describe it it cant be enough. Charming place and atmosphere.a piece of heaven.

Old and rich fortress with a lot of history written on her!!! Secret, magic and inspiring place with underground tunnels, museum, horse riding and galeries. Spirit of past mixed with a scent of today!!!

Loveee this place. Great views of the rest of the city. Lots to do and see. And even has a couple of restaurants and a nightclub. Lots of small private galleries dotted around the fortress.

Across the Danube from the city of Novi Sad the fortress is very impressive with great views of the river and city. Good museum too. Several nice restaurants have a view of the river. You could easily spend most of a day exploring here.
