Petrovaradin Fortress is a spectacularly set fortress on the right bank of the Danube on the only high ground around the city. It commands sweeping views for miles and it's grounds are so extensive that you will definitely find a quiet spot to sit and relax. There are a few galleries and the museum of the city and of the... Petrovadin, including the Fortress, is well worth a visit. Quite old village, a well restored fortress and a great view over the danube river.

Beautiful and well preserved fortress. Also a home of EXIT music festival. Totally worth of seeing. The clock and the view from the top are awesome.

great venue, easy to get lost but thats not a bad thing. awsome acoustics from the walls. dance arena is too far away and stairs down are a death trap, they seriously need looking at.

The fortress itself is very interesting but the highlight is the great view of the town and river from the fortress. Restaurant looked interesting with good views but did not have a chance to try it.

The food is fine. However the location is brilliant, with a view from a fortress across the whole city of Novi Sad

This is the second largest and best preserved Baroque fortress in the whole of Europe. See it when the exit festival is finished. Hire a guide through the Novi Sad tourist agency. This place has more history than you can imagine and it is very affordable. Can easily be combined with monasteries of Fruska Gora and Sremski Karlovci, as well... More

This is really nice old fortress with a beautiful view over Novi Sad and the river Danube. It is nice park area in the same time, and very good for a walk. If you like music and festivals do not miss the largest European festival EXIT. It is just amazing, especially in connection with the fortress.

The lovely folks who each have little artisan spots will show you their works and share with you their stories. Each one is different, each one unique. We spent an afternoon walking among them. They are special and made part of my trip to Novi Sad unforgettable.
