Quaint colorful houses, charming streets, stunning churches and a friendly, peaceful atmosphere. I think there are very few such places left in the world. It is hard to believe that the town is so very little known when you think how much it has to offer. It is definitely one of my favorite places in the world….

Cobblestone streets, amazing architecture, charming shops, delicious food and delightful locals make this beautiful center-city area a must visit. The hilly streets are lined with stunning European architecture. The cathedrals and opera house are lovely and the clock tower is a must see. There is a beautiful national pride and joy in the history of their city in Lviv. The... More

I don't know where to start. Old town area has so many interesting places and history. So many cathedrals- very activ, almost every moment full with people. Opera building, almost every day has some performances. Restaurants almost full. Maybe because it was easter, but i really liked every moment in old town.

Since i first visited Lviv I cannot wait to go back. It is so welcoming and cozy and has just about everything for an amazing weekend or city break. Beautiful architecture, tasty food, lovely people and great night life. Being so different from every single town in Ukraine, Lviv holds a special place in my heart.

I went to Lviv last December with my clients from the US. Even though Ukraine is facing a conflict you will not feel it in Lviv at all. Lviv, as situated very close to the border of Poland can be reached within 3 - 4 hours from Krakow, obviously by car. I was surprised by the quality of Lviv hotels... More

Interesting old European city center with an Eastern European flavor. Many different architectural styles to see.

This is the area I love to roam about every time I come to Lviv ;) Since it's very well-preserved and wasn't destroyed during the war, it has both aesthetic and historical value to all visitors ;) A word of advice - wear comfortable shoes since the cobbled streets of Lviv are a true curse for high-heel shoes lovers ;)

This is where all of us gather to walk as a group and dine together while in Lviv. Sometimes we are joined by University staff and other locals. Manger scene is so large and beautiful. Ice rink on other side is fun!
