Situated in People's Square, this little building has character and is photogenic too. We enjoyed taking photos of its tiny clock tower as well as experiencing the hustle & bustle of the Square

The clock tower itself is easy to over look while it is impressive what really catches your eye is the large square where people gather and have coffee and a chat.

The City Sentinel is basically the Clock Tower on Zadar's main square. It is adorable and presents a pleasing appearance, adding a delightful touch to this very attractive square.

Here's always something going on - live music, painting or just some meetings. The nearby coffees' are always full, there are so many people and that's what gives the soul to this place.

City sentinel is located on main square in town. During morning and evening this is meeting point of local people so there is always a rush. On main square, in front of city sentinel during evenings musicians are playing famous domestic and international music and that gives special atmosphere to this place :)

The City Sentinel can be found on People's Square (Narodni trg) opposite to City Loggia. It is a nice, rather small building with a clock-tower (unfortunately an advertisement was placed on it when we visited). It looked like it was open for public but we didn't enter. You should certainly visit Narodni trg and City Sentinel on your way to... More
