that's the real feelling of this incredible organ! it's hard to believe that someone has thought to build marble steps with a system of pipes that resonate beneath the wind and hit of the waves!

I am still in love with the sea organ. I didn't know what to expect and I was really surprised by the sea organ. Really special and completely different thing to see and listen. That, combined with a beautiful sunset, is a must do in Croatia.

I mentioned the sea organ in my main write-up about Zadar. Its one of the most visited attractions here, and all the travel books tell you about it,but it is worth a visit. As you get closer to its position on the promonade, you start to hear its haunting moans! It reminds me of a land version of dolphins or whales singing,and... More

When I made the plan for this vacation, I expected a lot about this place. It never made me disappointed. It was really difficult to leave this place. I love the sound it made and the atmosphere there. Atmosphere is really nice both day and night.

This is such a clever idea. I loved the sounds it created and it gave a rather magical feeling to walking along the sea front

It's good staying in the stairs and listening the sound that the sea produces. Unfortunately, as almost everything in croatia there is a lot of people around that make too much noise. But it's very romantic and you can find a great harmony.

I went to Zadar almost uniquely to see this attraction: what a bad move! There are just few "steps" towards the sea, where you can sit and.. nothing more. I expected to hear a nice melody thanks to the waves, but there are just disjointed sounds - or maybe I should call them noises. It's just nice to sit there... More

Instalation at Zadarska riva. Every time you want to walk away the haunting sounds draw you back. And every set of sea conditions produce a different set of sounds. It is a simple concept but has been done really great

The experience is quite unique, as you get close to the Sea Organ you will begin to hear its tones. We saw small children putting there wars to the ground to listen. We sat for quite a while just enjoying the experience, found it soothing. At the one end you can even listen while sitting in the sea - beware... More
